Man... way too many, that's for sure.... I've probably blown away the rest of the year's pen budget just these last 2 weeks....

Lets see now. 2x Visconti Van Goghs... 2x Acme Simpsons LE... Pilot Bamboo... Parker Duofold Olive Checks....

Wow... that's like almost $1000 worth of pens crybaby.gif. I'm gonna regret this tongue.gif
Not the rest of the year's pen budget, but looks like the next 10 years.

I'm almost jumping up and down in anticipation, awaiting arrival of a Morrison Patriot Air Corps set complete with leather pouch and original box. This is silly, I know, as my cheque won't even reach the seller until three days hence, but this pen is way up on the list of my holiest grails.
cmeisenzahl
I'm waiting for a call from a local retailer telling me that my bottle of J. Herbin is in stock. ;-)
fuddmain
Waiting for a Lamy 2000 and Lamy Safari Blue/Red. I am not waiting patiently. FedEx does not update it's tracking information fast enough. For all I know they may be delivered any minute or are still several states away.

I posted a poll here for FPN members to select the ink for my Lamy 2000's first fill. Vote if you're interested.

Cheers.

A Dupont Orpheo. I can't wait for it to arrive.
raillink
Bexley 10th anniversary and a Waterman Edson.

Can't wait !

Three pens from Pam ---- a Visconti Van Gogh maxi, and 2 Parker 100 ( Honey white & Diamond blue)
rogerb
First a Delta Dolce Vita OS from the USA.....but before I get it, no doubt my usual battle with the Spanish Customs sad.gif

Also the 'Modern American' I wanted to fill a niche in my collection, a Bexley 10th Anniversary (green/red)...this will probably arrive first, as it's coming from within the EU.

And, no, not with patience...although living in Spain has helped me to learn a little!

(I'd like a nice Japanese pen now, to represent Asia, but haven't seen one yet which really grabs me.)
RandyE
While probably not that exciting to most here, I'm waiting for a Parker Inflection in yellow. I'm also waiting for three inks, one my standard black, and two new (to me) colors (Waterman Havana Brown and Private Reserve Black Magic Blue).

A deep burgundy laquered Danitrio Densho, customized with an XXXF flexible nib by Richard. Unfortunately, I 'll be waiting for several years for it to arrive as I can't afford such a dream.
Jinnayah
A Sheaffer Snorkel Masterpiece (the all-gold one), supposed to arrive today, that I got an excellent price on -- if it's in the condition I hope.
GirchyGirchy
- Pelikan M400 in white & tortoise
- Visconti Van Gogh midi tortoise demonstrator

Both with gold F nibs, and should be on their way in a couple of weeks!
penguinmaster
3 pens

-Bexley FPN FP
-Rotring Lissabon
-Pelikan M625

At least I think that's it. there's been times a pen just randomly shows up that I forgot I purchased, but I'm pretty sure that's it!

A Bexley 10th Anniversary in chocolate ebonite from the US, of course. This is when I get really frustrated as one never knows how long it will take Canada Customs and Canda Post to process a package. Earlier this month I received a pen from John Mottishaw in 7 days, but 2 days later I ordered another pen from him and it took 2 weeks to get to me after sitting with Canada Customs for a week. If the Bexley is delivered on Monday, it'll be 2 weeks, but I suppose I''l have to make allowance for Easter!
cmenice
2 Edison Glenmonts. One in mustard ripple ebonite with a bexley F nib. The other is orange ebonite with a standard steel nib (a Mottishaw 14kt XF is being worked on now).

I think they'll arrive today, but one can never tell. So I'll continue to wait patiently.
jlepens
Taccia Staccato Ebonite in green with a broad nib and Rotring Core (it will be my new backpack pen).
I am also working up a Herald order wit Brian Gray.
Tony the Tiger
Today, tomorrow or Monday (what day does the P.O. close for Easter?), I will get in a rare find indeed. An orange LE Pilot VP. I did not need this pen, at least not right now. I had planned to get some sort of VP at some point in time, but I got this one at such a good deal, I went ahead and got one that I'm told is very unique and hard to find.
sjldaniel
The pens I've gotten recently are trickling in, but I'm still waiting for:

- Nakaya Long Equilibrium Heki-Tamenuri with flexi medium nib
- Edison Glenmont Green Ripple Ebonite 18k fine Bexley nib
- Conway Stewart Duro Heritage LE in silver trim with italic fine nib
- Namiki/Pilot VP Raden with medium nib
- Bexley Chocolate Ebonite prototype

I'm also waiting on a Binderized VP fine nib unit that I got on a trade.
cmenice
No Glenmonts today. Today I dislike USPS.
Laeyra
Nothing expensive here, but I am waiting on two XXF noname pens, a Lamy Vista XF, a teal Pilot 78G fine, a Hero #360 light blue, and a Hero #187 black. I'm also waiting on a bottle of Noodler's Navajo Turquoise and Year of the Golden Pig with the free highlighter. I think I should've gotten more ink.

It is worth waiting for. At the risk of rubbing it in, I took delivery of my orange ebonite Glenmont with a black ebonite section and 14k Bock medium nib on Tuesday and I can tell you that it's a superb pen. Be patient and you'll be rewarded.

Eagerly awaiting a Pelikan M650 in black and vermiel.

Looking for an old-skool 45 with a 14k nib, a Duofold Jr. sans cap, a capless 51, a user-grade OS Balance (first-year, I think), and a Pilot Elite. Got a Tucky set today!

A Binderized Pelikan M600 Red/Black with a cursive italic nib. This is my first venture to a specialized nib. /Craig

Excitement is in the eye (or somewhere) of the anticipator! Lucky you, and you'll love the PR Black Magic Blue.

I get to mail a Cross Century II Art Deco FP back crybaby.gif because it didn't look anything like the pictures (not the seller's fault; they're the same pics on many websites), and I know the person who it's intended for doesn't prefer something this all-over shiny. Better luck next time! I love getting pens in the mail, even if most times I have to go to USPS or UPS and pick 'em up myself. wink.gif

It's been a while since I purchased a new pen and once I was smitten, I could not resist. It all started when I received a card in the mail advertising a sale at the Montblanc "boutique" (you have to imagine pronouncing "boutique" like
"b o o t e e e e k" drawing it out like the rich and famous. God, that name just turns me off. Anyway, I stopped by for probably the first time ever and asked if they had any fountain pens on sale. After limiting the pens to piston-filled, I chose a Le Grand black with platinum trim. All of these models had BB nibs so they sent one back to the factory to be fitted/replaced with an Extra Fine nib. I payd 30% off list.

I know that feeling...it seems like most times my pens arrive at my work address, it's on Saturday when we're closed! crybaby.gif

I'm impatiently waiting for an early '20s Parker Duofold. cloud9.gif

I'm waiting for a blue vintage Eclipse that I got on e-bay. It's 10 days from my victorious paypal payment, but the pen is not here it. How long should I wait? The seller does not respond to my e-mail messages...

I am screwed. Hate waiting... wallbash.gif

Well, I just got a phone mail that said that in spite of them having the pen listed on the web site, and in spite of telling me that it was in stock when I made a long distance call (not toll free) to make SURE that it was in stock, they really DON'T have it in stock. Of course, they could sell me a more expensive pen . . . NOT! Guess that I will be looking for something else somewhere else.

My Waterman Charleston is in getting serviced, which is leaving me to appreciate the simple, reliable workings of my Sheaffer Javelin.

Also waiting for some ink:

Noodler`s 4.5 oz Legal Lapis (2 btls)
Noodler`s 4.5 oz Violet Vote (formerly Iraqi Indigo)
Noodler`s 3 oz Bullet-Proof Black
Private Reserve Black Cherry

Currently waiting for my ivory Pilot Prera with fine nib.... COME ON!!!!
JSolinger
I'm waiting on a Sheafer Imperial.

I'm waiting for a Cross Apogee in Titian Red with a broad nib.

Like Punch, my vendor listed the pen for sale only to e-mail saying that Cross claimed it would take "at least thirty days" before it shipped (most likely from Cross!). Since I paid less than full retail, I guess I'll wait; no sense rushing only to spend more money .......... but while I was polite with the vendor, I was really irritated. What I saved in payment I will spend in time.

girlieg33k
Namiki Custom Impressions in blue celluloid (thanks Greyfox!)
Old style Pelikan 400 with blue stripes w/ my first example of a Deb Kinney nib (thanks again, Greyfox!)
Aurora Optima Primareva LE
Aurora Optima Mare LE
and those will be it for awhile...err... maybe one more, Visconti Ragtime that I have a snipe on in eBay if things work out (not holding my breath though) biggrin.gif

I am waiting for a Faber Castell Ambition (broad tip) and a Lamy Safari in yellow with calligraphy nib.

First FPs I have bought, and I am (needless to say) excited about their arrival.

I have ordered them from stylo.ca in Canada, where I live.

Depending on how they work out, I am hoping to get a Lamy Studio and Pelikan Pura on down the line- anyone with any advice please let me know! I am intrigued by this whole fountain pen thing.

All opinions are welcome, but know that I am a budget buyer of limited means, so I won't be considering any of the truly legendary pens anytime soon. My pens are for drawing and personal note-taking.

I willl let you all know how my first purchase goes!

I love waiting to get a pen back from nib work. I'm like a kid at Christmas, the anticipation builds until your ready to burst.

I'm waiting on, after much drama, an Omas Arco Milord w/fine nib and silver fixtures.

Still waiting on my Glenmonts. I delayed my trip just to be able to receive them today. They better be here! wallbash.gif

I'm waiting for 2 pens, both currently with Richard Binder -
A previously owned Montblanc 146 in need of flow adjustment and getting a 0.6 mm stub
A previously owned Parker 51 aerometric in need of nib smoothing

I can now add the black Duofold International I've just bought from another FPNer smile.gif

I'm waiting for pens from 2 places right now. Ome is a set (FP and RB) from Brian Gray. They are in red/black ebonite with a Taccia signle tone nib in F. The pens have a Menlo clip with the Beaumont centerband, all done in rhodium. The pens have flat top and bottom, with a star of life engraved into the tops of each pen. Real beauties, made for me to use in my part time gig as an EMT.

The second pen I am waiting on might just become the most memorable/treasured pen in my collection. It is a Bexley Cigar Aficionado in black heavy cast acrylic. It is fitted with an early Bexley 14K medium/broad nib. Some may ask why this pen will ne so treasured and memorable for me. This is a pen I purchased from the great Al Mayman, who recently passed away. While I never met him in person, we corresponded several times via email and the discussion was always friendly and helpful. We last spoke on Saturday (03/15), when I purchased this pen. I am greatly saddened by Al's passing and this pen will most certainly become a prized pen and a daily user and I'll always think fondly of Al as I use it.
