Check www.lamypenshop.com for this pretty good deal. I've purchased 3 Safaris and about 5 nibs from this company, and I'm very happy with their service and communication.

Now I'm going to go through all the Lamy 2000 reviews to see if I "need" one.. *sigh*

Enjoy,

Neill

Todd over at isellpens.com has them for only a few dollars more, for 94 and and shipping. No affiliation, just remembered it cause of this thread, and thought i'd post an alternative source with a very close price. Hope you don't mind. happyberet.gif

Thanks! I don't mind at all. If I needed something in a hurry or was ordering more than one pen I'd definitely Try isellpens. But I've been enjoying lamypenshop.com because of their $8 flat rate shipping (regular post), and they usually ship out the next day. Also the prices include converters (but not for the 2000 obviously).

I've been eyeing a 2000 for some time. One of the few remaining pens that I haven't tried out that really intrigue me...

Might have to pull the trigger on one!

That's an amazing deal. Lamy 2000s are £100 in the UK ie $200 !

You're right, and I caved in and ordered one the next day. Unfortunately "due to unexpected demand" (partly due to my post here, maybe?) they were out of everything except M and B nibs, so I have to wait 2 extra weeks for them to get more EFs in stock. headsmack.gif

I heard that 2000's write fairly wide, even compared to other Lamys, so I thought EF would be the only way to go. Excited to receive it though!!
