This is the pen I have been looking for for a while. I got my first FP a couple of weeks ago, a Lamy Studio, but this is the one I wanted. Does that mean I'm done with fountain pens? hmm1.gif This one has the gold plated steel nib and it uses standard international cartridges or the included converter. I have a bottle of Noodlers Heart of Darkness coming for it. I like the little disc on top with the USAF logo. thumbup.gif

You have chosen well, Grasshopper.

Nice start with the Lamy; Great second act with the Bexley!

Sure, until the next pen is the one you want... headsmack.gif

Coach,

I hope this isn't the end for you! I have the Bexley USAF pen...My wife got it for me as a gift on my last promotion. I believe Bexley discontinued it because I didn't see it the last time I visited their site. Overall, I think its a great little pen, light and smooth.

Bexleys are very nice pens and the Armed Services series has a beautiful simple design. Great choice!
