My first dealings with Dennis at Parkville were great.

The package arrived all done up like in the old days with brown paper wrappings and a hand written address. Impeccably packaged, boxed with foam peanuts and bubblewrap and then the pen box.

Bill of sale, with hand written note of thanks from Dennis included, clearly done with a fountain pen. Very nice.

Dennis always responds to my enquiries in a flash. I just don't know where he gets all those lovely Bexleys from; I'd by every last one of them if I could.

I echo the above sentiments. It was my first online purchase of fountain pens and I am very pleased. Dennis even recommended a competitor for ink cartridges for the Platinum pens I bought from him since he did not carry them. A true gentleman.
