Well, there wasn't a review, so here ya go.

A note... I DID say that it's "wet" but I think that was more my nib. It always for some reason felt a little scratchy when writing even though there was a lot of ink going down on the paper. Anywhoo: sorry about that hand writing!

Maybe with this one you need a piece of blotter paper cut to the size of the page you are using.

Daniel Smith sells blotter in 24x38 inch size.

I had the same results and I wrote a similar review. . . I just never scanned it.

I took one fill out of the pen and sold the ink.

Possibly. What I found with the X-feather is that is stood on top of the paper. It would seep into the surface, but quite a bit just "sat there." To where even after being dried on some papers it would still smear due to all of that density being on top.

I did find however that it writes quite well on cheap papers, much better than writing in a clairefontaine, or a Rhodia pad.
