I found these in a bag at a small shop and couldn't resist sharing the "find". The Snorkel Valiant pen/pencil set in burgundy is very clean. The TD has some surface wear but no brassing and is a good writer. Not pictured is a Skripsert in blue/stainless. The Vac Jr w/ lockdown is also in great shape. What to do with all of these pens...??!!

What to do, what to do...

One must observe the tradition of the three Rs.

Restore, Reink and Reuse.
Ernst Bitterman
Distribute them to the needy.
(disingenuously points to ragged trousers, coughs pathetically, pointedly drops envelope addressed "E.Bitterman, Third Dustbin Along, Bleak Street, The Shades")

edit- comedy is better when properly spelled.

You simply restore them, fondle them, think about them, look for others to join them...wallah!...you will find that you have contracted an insideous disease called fountain pen collecting.

Restored the Snorkel and inked the TD, made a few nib adjustments and it is in my pocket. I will admit to fondling these on occasion...is that legal?

Just keep the fondling to under 6 min. & think pure thoughts of Snorks and colors you don't yet have. But you had better check with your local clergy for a definte answer.

Local clergy is also a golf buddy of mine...I'll see if a confession is in order. Any other golfers/pen collectors out there?

Oh absolutely! In fact, I think you'll find a lot of golfers in this community lurking about. Why do you think they make golf pencils?

My pendom for a Sheaffers Golfers Desk Set circa 20's.

Nice find btw. You didn't tell us if it was a Sumgai find. Lessee... pens in a bag. A Ziploc bag I bet. One with a... hmmm.... $15 price tag over the staples at the top of the bag. Been there. Loved that.
Congrats. Ain't huntin' in the wild fun?

They're definitely above the age of consent.
