I've sent a handful of emails to sales @ nibs.com and info @ nibs.com in the last week or so from personal and corporate email accounts with no response. Does anyone know if they're just swamped? Maybe digging out after the LA pen show or something?

I guess my personal emails are getting caught in their spam filter, but I'd be surprised if mails from my business account did.

I know, I know; I should just give them a call, except I only want some price quotes, and won't be ready to buy for a little while, and I HATE the phone (personal issues! rolleyes.gif )

Thanks for any input!

I hate to say this.... but the telephone (which you hate!) is your only recourse.

Thanks for the reply, Charlie. Just a few moments ago, I got a friendly email to my work account from Sarah at Classic Fountain Pens, Inc., with all the info I had requested, so everything is dandy now.

I think I will use the phone when it's time to order, though! biggrin.gif
