Where is the best place to get a MB 146 with a balky piston serviced? Other than Montblanc of course. Also, what kind of charge should I expect?

Does it need parts? If so, MontBlanc is your best bet unless you know someone with good spare parts. If it's just some minor service like lubricating the piston, then any good pen repair shop will do.
