You're welcome. I already had most of the addresses in a spreadsheet for my own reference. I saw greencobra's post about an address for Delta, and rather than respond to his post, I just compiled all the addresses in one list. This way the information isn't fragmented when people need contact information for Italian pen manufacturers/distributors. I'd encourage others to please contribute with additional or updated information.

Also, no offense to anyone, but please do not contact me directly about service on your Italian pens. (This is not directed at your PM from this morning, GP -- to which I've already responded.) I'm not singling anyone out, but I've received a PM already about an Omas pen repair. I dare to dream, but I'm not Omas and I cannot respond to your questions about repairs. Please contact the manufacturer/distributor directly. Thanks.

The correct Company's name of Stipula is no longer Stipula Firenze: now it's Etruria srl.

Hi guys

Hey just a quick remark about Stipula.

I used their service like three months ago, they have a US based facility where you can send your Stipula and then they will a) repair there b ) take care of the shipping-imports-exports etc things needed.

Very useful and Claire Kolb is really such a very very nice lady.

Well of course I think you have to send an e-mail to Claire Kolb and then send the pen, any way just to be aware about this option.

I just discovered the address for Stipula returns changed so I am passing it along. Hopefully my pen is not lost but it could be as a result. I got the address from the Worldlux web site which is incorrect. I sent Stipula an email but it was over the weekend and an Italian holiday so the response took a while and I had few opportunities to get to the post office. Here's what I was told by Stipula WRT returns/repairs. It was totally my mistake, but Daniela has been wonderful to converse with and patient. She is fluent in English and very responsive. Daniela said the company name changed a while ago and the post office no longer delivers to that name. Don't make the same mistake I did. I wish their website would be more informative on this, but I couldn't find these directions anywhere.

Please do not send it directly as we will not accept any parcel charged for high Customs fees.

We would be happy to get your pen repaired and back in working order…. our technician will be able to revise it and check over the problem accordingly.

Please package the pen (send just the pen not the box!) with some bubble wrap to Stipula Repair Service at the following address:

We inform you that the repair will take from 4 to 6 time from receipt.

Well it's been over a month and the pen hasn't turned up there or here. It is gone/lost. Don't make the same mistake I did! It was not insured as it would've been around $60! DANGIT!

UPDATE!

My faith in humanity has been restored. The pen came back from Italy "return to sender". Never opened. Undamaged. Wow! Not sure when I'll be able to let it out of my sight again. ;-) Stipula's Daniela was very responsive and put up with my anxiety and inquiries.
