I recently bought a pen from a Pen Shop and I was wondering how quality and coustomer satisfaction should be. I ordered couple pens a week ago and the shop said it would ship in 1-2 business days but its been 5 business days since. They don't have a tracking system, or I at least think they don't. They don't have an automated email response thing as well. I'll probably try emailing them. What do you guys think? I guess my question is this: is this typical for a pen shop online to be unresponsive?
