I guess the only way to find out about Noodlers is to try it.....

I've not had any problems, but others(mostly lefties) have reported it leaves a residue that can be smeared. I haven't tried to see if that is the case, myself.

I'm left handed and wrote a little bit about Noodlers black on the review page.

I found no problems with smearing, but my writing style ensures my hand does not rub across the freshly written line.

It did not dry noticeably more slowly that any other ink, not any quicker either. I think it is, indeed, a most excellent ink but it was not so great that I will throw out all others. Actually, I must now find which pen it will work for me best in (!)
