Full Version: Unusual CF?

I've recently acquired a Waterman that seems (from the partially hooded nib) to be a C/F, but is a style I haven't been able to find any other examples of. It's marked "argent massif," and has French touchmarks -- I assume for French-standard sterling, but I don't have a loupe handy (and always need to muster all my powers of imagination to tell what they're representing even when I do) -- on clip, cap, and barrel. The style of clip appears to be unusal, as does the nib's hood -- without any plastic or metal inset. I'll attempt to attach a pic. Can anyone tell me anything about it? Thanks.

I believe the CF with that style of clip is called the Directeur Generale, a higher end CF. As for the solid sterling and other details, I'll let someone more knowledgeable put in their word.
