After flushing out an old MB slimline given to me, while inserting its converter into the section, the nipple in the section that receives the converter came stuck into the converter orifice, sheared from the bottom neatly. Is there any way to rectify this?

Is there any way to disassemble the feed/section so that a nipple from some other C/C pen can be retrofitted? The sheared nipple was in transparent plastic 2mm high.
