You can add this type of penholder to the list of "some of my favorite pen patents" in the pinned topic at the top of this forum.
There are actually three penholders that I could find that were made of wrapped paper. But the patent for this one is one of the many that are not to be found on either Google Patents or the EPO website, so I can't include a link to the patent directly with a clickable hyperlink. In the last resort, what you'll have to do is cut and paste the patent number into the USPTO patent search website. Here's an article on how to do it.
