Today I found this english Signet P51, on the filler there is engraved the code 5135/2 (see also the photo). What does it means?

Let me change my question: is it normal in a P-51 to have a numeric code engraved on the filler?

I'm the proud user of my dad's US Parker 51 areometric. it DOES NOT have a code on the filler like your English one does.
