Hi All,

Just a few shots of a couple of pens. For a few years now i have been really interested in spectacles and particularly a specific brand Cutler and Gross. I have 7 frames by this maker and the one in the photo with the OMAS arco is the latest one i bought. It is hand made of Italian celluloid and the colors of the two items are a great match. Apologies for my reflection on the glasses...i need to work on my photography skills.

The other one is a close-up of the cap from buddhist scripture pen the one with the raised letter finish.

Hope you enjoy them

Not too bad at all. smile.gif

Somehow, with the Scripture pen I had always imagined the raised characters to have obvious hard edges (I don't know why/how I formed that impression). Your photo shows how carefully made the relief characters are though. smile.gif

Nikolaos ,

The raised character buddhist scripture pen is No.1 on my wanted list.

I may have asked you before, but if you are planning to sell that pen, please let me know. smile.gif

thanks,

Thank you purpledog. You have asked me before about selling the pen, but i am not planning to do so. I think you should be able to find this one though since it is not too rare. Have you asked Stan ?

Sorry for asking the same question again. Just thought you might change your mind. smile.gif

Hi, I'm new here. I recently got a Montblanc Solitaire Pure Silver (in celebration of my first translation being published), and am interested in this pen. I believe it's the Heart Sutra. Where did you get it and who is this "Stan" guy?

Thanks,
Vlad

The Pilot is absolutely wonderful. Very good photos indeed!

I like the similarity between the Omas and the glasses. Nice composition. But I really like the Pilot cap.
Nikolaos
Thanks SquelchB and Songwind for your comments. I have both the raised letter Buddhist scripture and the engraved sterling and they are both wonderful pens to look at and to hold. I haven't inked them yet, and not sure i will, cause i have a few more Pilot custom series pens that i am using. The fine nibs on the Pilot custom series are to die for
I will try to make some new close-ups from the two scripture pens i have
