Should be getting my Edson on Monday, and was wondering if this would be okay. Makes sense for it go blue with it's lovely barrel color ;-)

Yard o Led blue ink is actually made by Diamine (I think its their Royal Blue). Diamine inks aren't very saturated and it should be fine.

Don't see why not. Have a look over at ink reviews to see if there have been problems but never heard any. Nice pen BTW!! thumbup.gif Wish I had me one!

Yard O Led Blue is a much lighter color than the blue barrel on the Edson which is a deep cobalt blue color. In my opinion, Waterman Florida Blue is the ink that best matches the color of the barrel. Omas Blue or Levengers Cobalt would also be close matches.

You have made a great choice in pens. I am interested in your impressions of the Edson. I love mine.

You should be able to use just about any ink in your Edson as long as it is standard FP ink. For example, do not use India ink or anything like that.

Have fun.
