Here we go...

1) Esterbrook 407 Dipless desk set, black bakelite with glass insert and metal holding strap. Another very cool deco design. Includes Estie clear-tail leverless with 2556 nib. Have 2, $20 each

2) Carters Cube-Well desk set in rarely-seen double format. Black bakelite with lift-off lids. Includes 2 Carters ink bottles with original collar lids, one full-size Carters pen and one mini dip pen, as found. Scarce! $20

3) Chatam desk set. Ivory marbled plastic (celluloid?) with black trumpet and pen holder. No-Name lever-fill black pen with “Made in USA” on lever, GP band and GP semi-hooded nib. Brand-new in original box. Pen draws/spits water perfectly. I believe Chatam had some connection with Sheaffer at some point. Very nice! $16

4) Left: Esterbrook Recorder ballpoint desk set from the 50s. Black plastic, very futuristic “flying saucer” look. Refill, alas, is dry. Seldom-seen set! $16
5) Right: Esterbrook 444 “hockey puck” desk set, glass with green bottom, black plastic top. Includes Estie clear-tail leverless with 9550 nib. $16

6) Madison “Non-Spill” desk set, 1940s, black plastic with strong Deco overtones, pen uses “sell-filling capillary action, “ and it works! Actually very cool. Pen has Madison alloy-tipped M GP nib. In original box, looks unused. $15

7) Sheaffer double Snorkel desk set, black glass base with pen-holder groove, goldtone metal trumpets, Pens are black with white dots, snorkels extebnd and retract on both, but will need some TLC. Both pens have 14K 2-tone Shjeaffer Triumph nibs. Really nice condition! $40

8) Another (shudder) BP desk set… but a nice one. Unmarked set of brass and leather. Pen (which is very cool looking, almost retro-Deco) and trumpet are all brass, a brass holder next to it contains a still-wrapped pad of Post-It notes, standard size. Cover to notes has a plaque for personalization, if desired. Attractive set, even if it is a BP! $12

9) Left: Esterbrook porcelain desk set in the lesser-seen more Deco style. Black base and pen, which needs bladder and has slightly wrinkled Estie2460 nib. Still really nice. $16
10) Right: Same set, except base is dark green. Pen needs bladder, and has an Estie 9314M Relief nib. Nice! $20

11) Early Deco/late Nouveau solid brass (or maybe bronze?) inkwell/pen tray. Origional glass insert present. No markings anywhere. Very substantial piece, with natural patina on inside of lid and bottom, as well as some on the tray. $20

12) Parker desk set, white onyx with stable black trumpet. Pen is a mauve moiré celluloid convertible with strong Parker imprint, “Parker Pen Made in USA” 14 K nib that has some decent flex, and the original Christmas-tree feed. Light discoloration on pen, pushbutton filler needs some TLC. Nice set. $30

13) Sheaffer Touchdown desk set. Black glass base, black pen with ultra-crisp imprint, piston works smoothly, makes appropriate “phhht” sound when closed, so could very well work. Nice Sheaffer 23 14K nib looks like a M. Beautiful little set. $25
OK, that’s it for this one, please see 2 other posts. Thanks!
