Hi All,
I'm searching for a good user-grade Parker 51. I plan on using it to write stuff (as opposed to gazing at it), but I would like it to be relatively clean. Here are my criteria:
- Extremely smooth writing, relatively wet nib (this is most important - I know it's typical of 51s, but I had a bad experience with a very worn nib and want to be explicit).
- Medium, medium/fine or fine nib preferred
- Aerometric filler preferred (but this is not a deal-breaker)
- Alloy cap (again, not a deal breaker)
- Black, gray, or blue
Let me know if you have anything! Since I don't seem to be able to get one of these mythical $25 51s on eBay, I thought I would ask the experts here.
