Curious if anyone has had the opportunity to smell the Starwalker cologne? My interest in colognes has recently been revived, and I came across this searching for MBs on the 'bay.

Yes, I purchased a bottle and it is very nice. Sporty and fresh, but strong so be careful not to use too much.

I got some as a freebie when I purchased my 149 at a Montblanc boutique a couple of years ago. It's a decent cologne, but I prefer John Varvatos Vintage and Hana Morai.

I understand that both Cartier and Dunhill have colognes on the market. I'm surprised Dupont and Omas have not followed suit.

I had some Mont Blanc cologne a few years ago - it wasn't the Starwalker brand though. It was fresh and pleasant but basically forgettable. I used it kind of like Febreze since it came in an ENORMOUS bottle.

I share your opinion - a most forgettable scent.

The Dunhill isn't much better but at least there are at least various options to select from..

But I succumbed to the delights of a Montblanc Starwalker GMT watch when pasing through the duty free in the Far East. Whilst they took my shirt off my back, so to speak, I am still loving this fine mechanical watch!

The GMT is a real beauty.

I got some freeebie 'Individuel' and 'Presence' bottles when I bought a Writer's LE a couple years back. Same sort of comments--sporty & fresh, but nothing remarkable. But hey, it was free and my wife liked it.

Why have I opened this provocative topic? Now, I want to smell all those colognes... Or maybe just guys wearing them... Desires, deisires, can't get rid of them. I am going to the mall to smell colognes. I wonder, though, if it's appropriate for a gentle innocent flower like me to wear a man's cologne? Wouldn't it be inappropriate or repulsive? Or both? happyberet.gif
