Uh........

Bless, me, Captnemo, for I have sinned.....

It has been 6 weeks since my last ink order to Pendemonium....

During that time, I have bought a bottle of American Eel Black, Purple Wampum, Navajo Turquoise, Luxury Blue,
Many packs of Aurora Black cartridge, Waterman cartridges and Private Reserve cartridges;

I bought enough Parker-compatible cartridges from Levenger to outfit the penmanship classes of all the schools in the entire Archdiocese of Chicago...

And I have never even once used up an entire bottle of ink.

I am sorry for these inks and all my inks.
BobR
And for your penance you will buy MORE pens to use up all that sinful ink!!

Well get to writin', son!

And since when have I become a priest at the Church of the Immaculate Feed Capillary? I think you've confused this with the Church of the Unwarranted Assumption, where I do serve as a priest.

Just Noodler's Baystate Blue (who didn't?), American Eel Black, Luxury Blue, Cactus Flower (wanted Navajo Turquoise so much but resisted!); Private Reserve Daphne Blue, Burgundy Mist, Shoreline Gold, to say nothing of the Mixing Kit; Montblanc Royal Blue, Vanilla Scented Season's Greetings... and lifetime supply of various cartridges PR Tanzanite, MB Black, Royal Blue, Violette, Waterman Black...

Oh, my gosh... OH, MY GOSH!!! And I didn't even notice... But I use them all... Or will... crybaby.gif I sware...

Oh, Mrs. Kenny,
I am heartily sorry for having incurred your wrath.
And I detest my ink because of thy just punishments,
But most of all because it offends thee, my wife, who art all good and deserving of all my love.
And I firmly resolve,
With the help of thy confiscation of my credit card,
To ink no more,
And avoid the near occasion of ink.

Deirdre

Aww, cummon Kenny! Ink is like chocolate - there is no such thing as too much. Now start writing reviews and make scans so we can share the guilt.

I can be thankful to Our Lady of Perpetual Deep Freeze that I have not bought ink since the Pendemonium sale.

After Easter and more shippable conditions, though, I am breaking my ink fast bunny01.gif

I just bought 14 bottles of Quink. One of them is mostly gone already. Time to re-order.

Aww... Kenny, every time you feel a pang of guilt for all those inks, click here. I've finished off 4 bottles of ink in the last year. The ones crossed-off have been traded or given away. And I haven't updated it since January and have some on order. clap1.gif

Feel better?

You know, Kenny, it's not just the ink you buy when there are people around and bright lights and you put it in your pens or on your shelf. Oh, no no no. It is the ink you think about. Mrs. Kenny knows about that, too. How do you think it makes her feel when you're in a room by yourself and thinking about inks you'd like to have, about how they would look if only they were pouring from your pens?

It may be time to start rewiring your brain, to discipline yourself to use--to want to use--only a thin pencil. And not just any pencil, but a hard one, perhaps # 3, with little expressiveness.

You can do it. We're all rooting for you. You have to want to do it. Do you want to do it Kenny??

Well it was -20 last night and my first three bottles of ink ever arrived from Swisher... Woo Hoo... Thankfully they were sent requiring a signature (thanks again Swisher) so they were kept in a nice warm post office instead of left in a cold mailbox.

Already planning more purchases...

Hmmm, it seems that you have a serious deficiency of turquoise inks. I recommend stocking up on some right away to prevent any future ink emergencies.

I do!

Thanks a lot!

Looking at your list reminds me that the nicest bottle of ink, is the next one you're going to get!

I just moved my inks from my desk drawer (no more room!) to a place right above my computer. They look so pretty there!

And I think I am going to sin again and buy some more - after all, they're not just inks to be used in my pens, but colorful decoration too! Isn't that a great reason to buy some more? rolleyes.gif

Honestly!!! Here I am, just beginning my battle against pen porn (Yes, I will burn my pen catalogues. Tomorrow. Really truly!!) and you introduce me to ink porn!!! Oh the temptation!.

I am going to have to put on my cilice made with Parker 45 nibs, and use my discipline tipped with Parker arrow clips.

Retro me, ink vendors!!

For your penance, buy six Our Fathers and six Hail Marys, the two latest Noodler's colors, replicating the two most popular inks in use in 50 A.D. -- but watch out, they stain glass! lticaptd.gif

Be careful with those inks above your computer. My ink bottles tend to drop down from there. To stop their suicidal attempts, I had to put them in a special box on the floor.
