I second that.People here are potential customers and if they will see they have somebody to talk to directly in Visconti they will be happy to spend their money on you WONDERFUL pens.

PS-I have the Copernicus and I am in love with it

Except that the wonderful pens need to be repaired an awful lot.

And at the cost to the consumer, not Italy Visconti. Maybe the QA needs to be tightened.

And it's funny but I am unable to get the post office to accept the address for Visconti USA that I found on Siwhser's website!

Are you trying the New Jersey or the New York? I've sent 3 pens in recently - 2 for nib swaps and 1 for actual repair [my first out of all my Visconti] and had NO problems. When in doubt, contact Ken Jones. He's very user friendly and I've gotten quick turnarounds.

I started from Swisher's web site and clicked on the link to go directly to Visconti's site. From there I clicked Worldwide, then USA and got to a page that lists Mr. Steve Weill as the contact, email steve@viscontiusa.com

I e-mailed him last Friday to ask about a nib exchange and received a response Monday morning saying he would be happy to do it. I'm getting ready to mail my new Opera Club to him now.

UPS also does not like their address. I confirmed it with Ken though and had them force it through their system.
