I'm looking for the perfect blue/black ink and Noodlers Legal Lapiz and Midnight Blue seems to be the best around. Which one is better? I'm not looking for a complete black blue/black. I like the dark blue tints to the color.

Any other suggestions?

By the way, I use an XF Noblesse so I'd like an ink with a color that looks good with an ultra thin nib!

Dunno about Midnight Blue, but Legal Lapis is kind of greenish. Not at all lapis blue.

I would hardly call Noodlers Legal Lapis a blue-black. In the bottle it appears as a deep aquamarine, but it dries much more blue. Did you see these scans?
