Full Version: How to Remove Vacumatic Filler Pellets

Seems everyone has a difficult time removing the vac filler pellets. Here is simple jig that will eliminate difficulty:

My 6 year old son and I made this.. You need a tube (PVC or conduit) a blind cap and some hot glue or expoy.

Plug the bottom of the tube, fill with hot glue or epoxy and stuff a blind cap in it. Make sure the blind cap is level.

We mounted it in a board so it sets in the hole of the dremel drill press. Use a small drill bit and it is out in no time.

I achieve nearly 100% success and it takes all of 4 seconds to drill it out.

Very cool.... definitely will make things easier.... I've got all the material... looks like some shop time tomorrow is called for...
