So after venturing into the Parker forum and getting one of my pens id'd, Im in search of info on another. This is the only one of the few that I have that I have some semblance of an idea as to what it is. I believe it is a Sheaffer Balance but I could be wrong. Anyone have any idea on history/make/price? thanks in advance! See link below for picture

P.S. The outside is bare except for one Charles E Lippert's name engraved on the barrel. Under that reads "WA Sheaffer Pen Co. Fort Madison Iowa, USA PAT. D-78,795. The nib reads "Sheaffers Lifetime Reg. US Pat. Off. 1925755

Wow, that old?? It looks so much more recent than that! Any idea on its value? (ballpark). I really like the look of this one. I think there used to be a matching pencil too but I cant be sure.
