I have a Stipula Pinnochio with a "M" nib, and would love to have a F or EF in this pen. Stipula has said they would exchange the nib for $50, but I thought I would ping the community first to see if anyone may has a thinner Stipula 14k nib they would like to trade for my "M", or sell outright.

If I am unable to work out a trade or purchase in the community, I am, frankly, more inclined to spend the money that Stipula would charge for a nib exchange for a custom grind.
