The holidays were pretty busy and I had a lot of packages coming and going. When I got this one big one, I didn't want to deal with it at the time and I shoved it in a corner. Stubbed my toe on it tonight and, "oh, yeah."

I ordered a pen display case off ebay. So, I'd been looking for something, and spending $100 on a case to display 13-24 pens just wasn't firing any rockets around here. Then I found this case. $80, shipping horrid (but expected) at $35, but was a little slow. $115 got a LOT of pen storage. Um, yeah. I think I misread the dimensions of this thing. Seller sells a lot of them though, under different headings: pen display, knife display, watch display, etc. It really doesn't look bad at all, it's heavy, and it will hold all my pens, and all my stationery. Won't fit my assorted ink bottles, but I'll get some stuff out of sight, anyway. Here's a link to one of their current cases (there is more than one up there at any given time): display case

Thanks for the heads up on this. I've been thinking about getting a chest to hold ALL of my pens for awhile, but they seem to run into the hundreds, if not thousands, for 60 pen or more storage. of course, perhaps it's just a sign that I need to thin out my collection? Again... headsmack.gif

You're welcome.

Slip in a few slotted pen/display trays from gopens.com, and you'll be set. That's my plan.

Also, I see a couple of these going for a little higher price than previous, so they might be adding a price increase to new stock as well. Got mine at the $79 pricetag, but I see some of them up there now (buyitnow prices) at $99. Not sure if that is going to be a trend, or just a $20 convenience thing instead of bidding.

edit: here is the link to the seller's ebay store, in case that link to one of the display cases disappears: find oak display cases here
