Are the barrel between a black 400 and a black 200 the same?
In this case you could also made an exchange with a M200 taking both the cap and the nib from your pen. In the positive case I've an M200 black barrel to exchange.

P.S. I do not want to propose nothing of unfair; I'm not sure that the barrels between the two models have the same quality, anyway they are surely interchangeable.

I am hoping to trade a black M00 for a blue one. I don't think there is a blue striped m200. The blue striped M400 is what I am looking for. At this point, I would be willing to trade the whole pen.

Sorry, I had understood the contrary (i.e. you wanted a black P400).
