I don't think I've seen one but don't know if they're rare or non existant.

They certainly did make them. I have eight of them.
- Model 1000, Polished Chrome
- Model 1005, Gold Plated, Fluted
- Model 1021, Imperial Red
- Model 1026, Sterling Silver Barleycorn
- Model 1059, Gloss Jade Green
- Model 1068, Copper
- Model 1180, Cadmium Yellow Swirl
- Model 1185, Blue/Black Mottled
I think they were available in most colors/patterns.

I have a couple, also.
You don't see them for sale often. If you do, grab one (You should probably pay for it in addition to grabbing it. Clutch the Targa pencil in one hand and gently get your money out with the other hand. Targas are nice though probably not worth going to jail).

They also made ball points as well. I have a matched set of fountain pen, mechanical pencil and ballpoint pen Targa 1005 model gold plated fluted.
