I think Montblanc is beautiful, as is the similar Sailor 21kt nib. Stipula's two-tone nib is also quite attractive. OMAS's nib for its original Bologna line was quite ornate. For me, a two-tone nib is always more attractive.

I'd go with Montblanc and the Omas Bologna nibs but the nibs on my Etruria's are pretty nice too.

Visconti, is by far, my favorite modern nib. A wonderful design.
Photo from Stylophiles.comVintage nibs are beautiful, and of the vintage I favor the long-tined flexible nibs best.

Yeah, I'd agree with that also. That's a Voyager in your photo maybe? I forgot about those nibs.

For simplicity of design and purity of form free of applied decoration, the Waterman Edson integrated nib and section stands apart from all the other nibs of the last twenty years in my estimation.
I have to go with the MB 149. I especially liked the one with the gold in the middle and outer edge with white metal in between. It helps that it has a big M in the middle and my last name starts with an M : ¬) Like having a monogram.

Look at the Pilot Super 500, the coolest and most beautiful nib IMHO:

I think the solid rose gold nib of the Stipula DaVinci Infinity is quite fetching. (Photo from Stylophiles)

Plus there's the whole retractable nib coolness.

I agree with an earlier poster about the Edson's nib's appeal, but I think it pretty much defines the difference between elegance and beauty. It may be the most elegant and appealing in its way, but for beauty I have some other preferences.
The Sonnet's two-tone criss-cross nib has always been a favorite of mine on the 'beauty' axis, and that was the first that came to my mind.
The shape of the "falcon" nib on the Pilot Custom 742, with the cut-outs on the side, might take the prize for most beautifully shaped nib, but I do find it to be a little plain-looking other than the shape.
All that said, the Visconti pictured earlier in this thread may have just taken the cake.

You must admit that the 18K inlaid nib of a Sheaffer Legacy is a beauty in form and function. One of the best nibs (Fine) that I've had the pleasure to write with.
