This is my first post, so I hope I am posting on the right forum. I am a new fountain pen collector and the only pen that I do not like is this Omas 360 pen. I have flushed it so many times and used several different inks in it. I am flushing it right now and am going to put Private Reserve Tanzanite in it next. The problem I have is it doesn't write and there is plenty of ink inside it. I scratch and scratch on paper and no ink comes out. I am perplexed. My other pens are wonderful and write well even if I have not used them in several weeks. What could be my problem?

Thanks for any help. I have learned so much from this forum and appreciate all of your posts as this is how I learn about the fountain pens.

Send it back to OMAS. It may take 8 Weeks but they will fix it. Call Kenro the distributor for shipping instructions

I have a 360 LE Fine, after you 'suck up' the ink try twisting the end of the pen the other way and see if any ink comes out (do this over a garbage bag so the ink doesn't get everywhere).
