Have been told by my local pen dealership that Parker is to release a Limited Edition 8 sided Duofold on the 08/08!
Sounds intriguing!

Oh man, would that cause a conflict with me. I would love to have one as it's reminiscent of the old octagonal eyedropper fill Parkers of 1895-1910. However, the difficulty I had with the Duofold True Blue had me swearing off of modern pens.

Trying to figure out how much this new parker LE is going to cost is swearing me off modern parkers
News like this causes me a schizoid reaction. On one hand, I would love to see an eight sided Duofold. That body design would be both historical and really special. On the other hand, it will be another grossly overpriced LE with a M nib only. 
It'll probably cost 1500.00 
As an owner of a hex eyedropper, this sounds intriguing, but I don't think they would charge as much as 1500.
