I know this is a silly question, but does anyone know how to find the web page that allows one to request a nib exchange on a Sheaffer FP? I went to the BIC/Sheaffer website and I couldn't find it anywhere.
Thanks in advance,
TMann

The easiest way to do this is to call 1 800 FINE PEN and talk to Michele Beach in customer service. She'll tell you what's available.
You can email Sheaffer at this page:

Thanks, Jim. I'm not sure why I had so much difficulty in finding that page!

Hi,
If you send you pen, I recommend:
1. Addressing package to Michele Beach and include a letter with exactly what you wish.
2. Stipulating in writing to have your pen returned in the box in which it was sent; otherwise they will return it in a deformable, padded envelope which is very risky.

Thanks Jeen. I'll be sure and send it out in some sort of a pen box.
I recently purchased an inexpensive pen off of eBay and it arrived in a padded envelope in several pieces. The seller was very quick to refund my money, but it reinforced the notion that pens are not safe unless they are in a sturdy box.
