I want to let all PCA members know that they are eligible to place a free 25 word ad in the Marketplace section of the PENnant Magazine once per year. Words over 25 are $.50 each. Non members can place ads at $.50 per word. This is an opportunity to advertise to your fellow PCA members that you are looking for a certain type or brand of pen, or perhaps you need some special parts or offer a service related to pens.
