Full Version: Campo Marzio Design
The Fountain Pen Network > Regional Focus > Penne Stilografiche della Bella Italia
diplomat
Today I went to Venice for the carnival and at the Train station I saw a new shop: "Campo Marzio Design". On display, various desk objects, journals, pens and - of course - fountain pens. Not so bad FP indeed, made in celluloid, silver, bakelite, resin and wood.
I made some research and I found out they are on ebay:

and they have a nice web site:

http://www.campomarziodesign.it/index.htm

Does anyone have met this brand so far?
They claim they are an Italian company based in Rome, but I wonder if the FP production came from China or something... They never mention that the production is located in Italy, which made me think is not, since these days everyone entitled is saying it...

Cheers,
Deirdre
Wow, they need a photography lesson.

Things I'd like to know:

1) country of origin
2) nib made of?
3) fill system

...for starters. Their web site is really really obnoxious.

Also, several of the pens they list as theirs don't match what's currently on their web site, so one wonders if these were discontinued items. Item 370016909004 appears to be a silver overlay of some sort.
