That, from the looks of it, is a Parker Sonnet, rather similar to mine (though mine's in gold trim and that's in silver.) Have you tried writing with it?

I don't have the pen, if not the pic would be far better. Is a friend's that wants to buy at a pawn shop in Croatia. I have no idea if the nib is steel or gold.

Looks like the nib's in steel. Anyway, it looks like a good pen.

It seems to me like Sonnet Matte Black CT, ergo stainless steel nib.

Yes, apparently is the ST model, he has just mailed me back to confirm the nib is steel. I have recommended him to go buy it (22 euros, new). Thanks to all of you for the help. What an eye you've got, people. And you've done my always pennyless friend a good favor. Much appreciated.

It's a good investment. Kudos to your friend for getting one. Sonnets are good writers (my opinion).

CT. It's a cheaper Matte Black. Laque is made with ST.
