I bought a nice white-dot Sheaffer at a junk store, a while back, and thought I knew what it is. Had a squint at the Sovereigns at Penhero and, while my pen looks just like the TMs on there, mine is not a TM (I think). The pen I bought is a Touchdown filler with the large diameter Touchdown tube. It will suck up 1.3ml of ink at a time. The nib has what appears to be a serial number imprinted across the nib, just forward of the section.

Can anybody name this find?
