Does Waterman (USA) have a nib exchange program for new pens?

Probably the safest bet is to call Waterman customer service and ask. They always had a nib exchange option before, and I had understood they still do. That would make sense since so many pens are being marketed with only F or M nibs. But with Waterman and Parker transfering all their customer service to one central European location, who knows what other changes are planned.

This isn't exactly to your point, but I'm in Canada and just this week called the Waterman rep for a nib replacement (because I damaged mine). They sent me a complete section and I had it in less than 24 hours. Excellent service. The cost was $30, which included shipping and taxes, and all in all I think it was pretty reasonable.
So who knows, you might get lucky.
