Please see attached pic. Sorry for the short review.

I just want to say that on the paper I was using (first time writing on that notepad) the results are quite similar. The greyish blue tone of the Pelikan is not as evident. So the conclusion from me is that Aurora blue works well on almost all papers while Pelikan Royal blue looks good only on certain (smoother) paper surfaces.

To my eye, Aurora blue looks a bit more purplish on paper than in your scan. However, that could well be due to my computer screen smile.gif

I prefer more subdued ink colors, but if you like a blue that stands out, Aurora gives you a very good color.
