Full Version: Help Identifying a Sailor

Hi all! This is my first post in this forum, and I only got into fountain pens very recently. This is the only one I own- a friend in Japan sent it to me for a birthday present, and I love it. I'll probably be buying more very soon! Anyway, I'm curious about this pen- I know it's a Sailor (says so on the nib and box), and not a very high-end one, but nothing else. I can't find so much as a picture of it on the Sailor website or anywhere else! So I thought I'd ask you knowledgeable people. Apologies for the poor photography- I can never seem to get this camera completely in focus. The nib says 'Sailor' and then under that 'F-55', then a little round mark I can't make out, then 'F 192'. I assume most of this is just about the nib size etc. but maybe it will give someone a clue. Thanks in advance!

It's Sailor Print Collection Nouveau Blue (11-0334-240). Looks like a nice pen smile.gif

Here's the same pen at Sailor's online store, but their photo is not great.

Wow, that was fast! Thanks a lot, I thought I looked all through Sailor's website but apparently I missed it. Yay!

You are welcome, it is on a book I have, and I remembered seeing it. The Sailor online store is on Rakuten, a Japanese online shopping mall. There are links to the store but it's a separate website from their main one.

Do these pens take the Sailor piston converter sold by Swishers (link= http://store.nexternal.com/shared/StoreFro...et=products.asp )?
