It was ready-made, they say, but they're not displacing it...they're just using it. Some legitimate craftsmen built a robot which could write. The three arists programmed it to write the bible.

Tim Hawkinson modified a record player (himself) into a signature machine, a robot that wrote his signature over and over. As far as robots that write go, he wins.
