I recently dropped my pelikano and the tines bent a little out of line. Is there an easy way to repair the nib, or is it done?

Wow, really? Had you bought the pen from them in the first place?

For a Pelikano I suspect that the nib would just be swapped. The nib on the Pelikano is pretty easy to pull out. I think that the feed in the pen may be locked in, however.

ChartPak is not a retailer seller of Pelikan pens, it is their repair service here in the US.... they don't care where you bought the pen or how much you paid for it... they do care about making you happy if they can..
