My brain is black n' blue just reading all the topics about Black/Blue or Blue/Black ink.

Can someone put together a top-ten list of their favorites and also include a scan?

I don't have any scans but I really like Pelikan Blue Black and Waterman Blue Black. To no lose ink colours.

Blue-black: PR Midnight Blues
Blue-blue: PR DC Supershow Blue

Runner up: Waterman Blue Black: Performs well in any pen on any paper, nice color going down. Over a few days or weeks, fades to a much less attractive greenish-blue. But it works so well, it would be my favorite if it stayed original color.

I don't have the ability to scan, but here are my favorites...

*Blue: Waterman Florida Blue, Sailor Blue, Sheaffer Slovenian Blue
Black: Aurora Black, Sailor Black
Blue Black: Sailor Blue Black, PR Midnight Blues**

*I'm awaiting a bottle of Platinum Blue Black to arrive, and I expect it will become one of my favorite blues (yep, blue not blue black).

**Although I like the color of PR Midnight Blues, it dries to slowly for me. I have not yet tried the fast dry version of this ink.
