I own this ink as well and have mixed reactions to it.Not a bad ink but i'm not into reds so it sits on my shelf waiting for the right person to come along.

This was the first red ink I ever purchased, and I immediately put it to use marking up documents written by my subordinates at the office. They hated it! They said they didn't like any color red, because red reminded them too much of their high school teacher's corrections on their essays. But they especially hated this red, because they said that the color reminded them of dried blood. I agreed and stopped using the ink at work.
My bottle began looking like the scan above, but over the course of weeks, it acquired a brownish tinge that didn't appeal to me. In other words.... it became even more like blood.

Thanks for the review, girlieg. I love this color, a nice cranberry/cardinal red. I keep stealing converter-fulls from a friend who owns it. About time I buy my own!

Thank you for the review. This was also my first red. I am a purple fan, so I use this to mix with a bit of Midnight Blues to make a nice deep purple.

This one looks nice on the screen. Pity about dry time and about it looking like dried blood!!
