Often at work, I have to mark up blueprints that are printed on normal (but cheap) printer paper. These mark-ups don't need to be bulletproof, but as my fellow engineers and I are fond of coffee and not the most graceful of creatures, they do need to be waterproof. I tried Noodler's Fox Red in a very fine pen, and it feathered horribly on the prints. Can anyone suggest another waterproof red that doesn't feather?

I've been using Noodler's Swishmix True Rouge for the same purpose. It feathers too, but I wouldn't call it horrible. Still, if you find a good one please post it because I'd frequently like to write smaller and the feathering limits how small I can write.
