If you need one in a hurry, Popular at Bras Basah Complex has Pelikan pen cases. They're in the 5th floor display case.

Pensinasia.com is a mailorder outfit, but they are in Singapore. They do carry many of the Pelikan cases as well. You can look on ebay (castle98 is seller name) to get an idea of selection.
