I have just got two new parker Duofold pens and each one has been attached with two parker penman ink cartridges, the colour is sapphire blue.
I found this blue colour is very beautiful (better than Quink blue). Can I still find the penman's bottle ink from a penshop currently? because i've heared the penman ink has been discontinued for many years.
Is there any other blue ink looks exactly the same as penman sapphire blue?

The sapphire is getting more and more difficult to find. It does come up on ebay from time to time. Now and agian you can get lucky - I found three bottles just before Christmas in an old stationary store (and for under £5 a bottle!!). There isn't an exact replica. In terms of the colour you could try Private Reserve DC supershow blue which in colour terms is perhaps the closest (however I don't think that it behaves as well). My preferred alternative is Visconti blue (which if you buy in the plastic re-fill is quite cheap).
I'm sure that others will come up with other alternatives or solutions.

I can't speak to the color having never used it (only Emerald), but I think some folks are anticipating that they'll find a bit of what they're missing from Sapphire in the new Noodler's -- Bay State Blue.

That's what I'm hoping....PR American Blue just isn't quite there.
I ordered a batch of random Parker cartridges from Pendemonium a while back and tucked in there was a package of Sapphires. It really is a beautiful color of ink.

I bought a bottle of Penman Sapphire Blue recently, mainly to have as a standard to judge other inks by.
I was a little disappointed by its colour. I find Sheaffer Skrip Blue (the good batches, not the ugly bug guts green batch) or a 2:1 Quink Permanent Blue:Quink Washable Blue, much more attractive colours. But that is an emotional judgement from my own brain, and doesn't necessarily apply to anybody else.
However, I ran it for a month in my old style Hero 329, using it for jotting notes, scribbling on shopping lists, etc. It wrote on anything, never clogged my pen up and always started without complaint. It was a perfectly behaved ink.
