I have searched far and wide for a pen holder for my desk. I had a specific idea... something with a lot of individual slots to keep the pens from banging in to each other. I finally found exactly what I wanted on a quick trip to Copenhagen the other day. Behold the pen vase...

It's actually a vase so I threw a flower in for good measure. It is made of glossy white rubber and does a great job of protecting 35 pens in individual slots. They are a bit deep so I had to stuff some scrap paper in the bottom of each to keep the pens at the proper height for snatching. Search over; I'm thrilled!

But it holds so few pens!

I'd buy one of those...that's a pen holder disguised as a flower holder to throw us off the track.

The local hobby lobby has a round multi tiered one that looks similar to that. I guess it is for artist but some of the holes could hold FPs rather than pencils.

I bought this a a design/furniture store in Copenhagen called Hay. I don't think they sell it on their website, only in the shop.

Kurt, I think I know the multi-tiered holder you mentioned. I had one when I was a kid and that would have done the trick but I haven't seen one for sale in years.

Honestly until you posted your pic I hadn't made the FP rotating holder connection thumbup.gif Thanks for jogging my memory and making me go to Hobby Lobby to pick one up!

Very cool. I heart Hobby Lobby. Especially when I am armed with a 40% off coupon.

I have a Levenger Morgan Unifier, but I have way more pens than it stores. I'm now to the point where I have more pens than can fit between that and my cigar case, so I'm going to have to do something soon.
