Humm, I just remembered that I own this pen in blue with the mixed roller/fountain tip, but when I just checked on it, I found that the dried ink (I must have left it filled, yikes!!!) had pierced the rubber ink reservoir. Any of you guys know who I should turn to to get it replaced? Should I send it to Visconti (but I heard very bad things about their customer service)? Or am I better off selling it as it, in need of repairs?
Thanks in advance for your advice....

The quickest way to get it fixed is to send it to a private pen repairer, of whom there are any number of good people, particularly in the US.

I'm currently experimenting with Visconti customer service on an inkwell. Be interesting to watch the progress.
