Greetings. (BIG PICTURE BELOW)

I appreciate the nice response to the Dec 3 VACUMANIA.com Website Update (hoilday update). On order of 50 of 70 pens in the update sold, and probably 80-90 from all over the website.

Typically several months pass between old and new updates, but i'm trying to get that down to a 6-8 week routine.

I just listed 50 vintage pens (some with extra pictures) on the "newly listed pens" Page.

CLICK THIS TO GO SEE HTE 50 FRESH PENS

Of course you can go to the main sales page (via this highlighted link) and see (usually) all new pens listed as well by brand and special category along with older stock, but i note that i'm still in midst of updating those pages tonite, so you mite do best starting with that newly-listed link above.

Please note that i will be traveling this week, including to the Philadelphia Pen Show. Shipping of any sold pens will start next wednesday, not this week. Thanks!

Have some charmers this time, including a mint Lapis Duofold, Deluxe Ink-View, Custom Parker 51 etc.

To refresh on usual website policies.

First claim gets pen. (PM or EMail)
Happy to ship outside the USA as well as within.
SHipping is USA via insured mail at minimum and tends to range $7-12 in USA with options to get fancier wink.gif
Overseas tends to range $12-$30 depending on style of shipping sought.
Happy to answer questions... but first "yes" gets pen.

Couple from the website have been claimed via wishlists, including most of the Plum "51's" (yep, had a few more this time) and a big Waterman 100-Year pen.

There are some charmers this go round, so do take a peek.

Oh yeah. Do let me know if you like the extra pics or if they make things too cluttered. Thanks!

My email is isaacscon@frontiernet.net

Here is pic of most of the new stuff. Note I pulled out some of the British Duofolds that are in the pic, because i sort of misplaced the tray. Next update (or a mini update) will feature those pens, some with exotic nibs... if i find the dang things.

Thanks for peeking. Do drop a line with questions/comments.

As always, you guys are great beta testers. If links are bad or typos make things... odd (two prices on one pen, etc), do drop me a line. I'd be most grateful.

regards

David:

On your website you have a problem with the images for pen 2186 or 2143. The "small" version is a carmine red and the big version is jet black. So to speak. Well, I could be more specific, but just find those two listings on the "new for sale" page and you'll see what I mean.

Thanks. Will track down those evil link errors like the dogs they are n' fix 'em good n' proper in short order smile.gif Reusing older ads as templates for each new pen occasionally poses risks.

Yeah, I feel the same. And I don't even HAVE a wife. smile.gif

Really, if you come up with some "third tier" or "user grade" vacumatics, striped duofolds, challengers, other things from the late-deco era, I'd be delighted. Your very nice pens are ... well ... much too very nice. The most I've ever spent on a pen is $100, roughly, and yet I consider my weenie little collection of 6 or 8 to be the most fanciful and expensive thing I'll ever own. A $300 Vacumatic tempts me, but not enough to bust the bank that way. It's definitely worth it to someone else, what I'm looking for is a pen that's cruddier and therefore cheaper.

Sometimes i post bunches of raw ( also of working but not formally restored) worn or lower tier pens. Had four Balances the other day for like $75 total, less than nib parts retail. No one wanted 'em. Probably will rehab the one nice one and turn the others into parts (levers, nibs etc). But the "Vacumania's Basement" does have some less pricey pens and lots. I've just been lax doing that page on the website of late, often tossing the clusters of pens that come up on the Zoss List and here, seeing them go without having to put them on the website. I have probably 50 lower value pens sitting around. Need to sort them one day soon.

Lots of photos is always a good idea, whether it's for active buyers, potential buyers, or just people with no money as myself who might be buyers at some future date.
